2026 Job Postings

Part-time, Full Season
Start Date and Hours
- Start/end date depend on the weather; the job will likely start in late April and wrap up at some point in October
- 3 work days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- 4-6 hour days depending on weather/workload
- Daily start and end time may vary throughout the season depending on the weather, but will likely be 8:30am-1:30pm-ish in spring/fall and 7:30am-12:30pm-ish in summer (with one paid 15 minute per four hours worked, or one 30 minute break on 5-6 hour workdays
Tasks
Planting
- Seeding crops into trays (i.e. lettuce, cabbage, beets, broccoli, etc.)
- Potting up tomatoes, peppers, basil
- Bed prep: spreading amendments, broadforking or tiling, laying landscape fabric for long season crops (like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, winter squash)
- Transplanting crops such as lettuce, broccoli, beets, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, winter squash, onions etc.
Harvesting
We will work as a team to harvest produce for the farm stand. Depending on the time of the season you will work on the following harvest tasks:
- Cutting salad greens
- Digging/bunching root crops (carrots, beets, potatoes, radishes, turnips, green onions)
- Bunching kale and herbs as well as harvesting cabbage/broccoli
- Picking fruiting crops (i.e. peas, beans, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini)
- Assisting with bulk harvests in the fall (winter squash, onions, various root crops)
Wash Pack
- Washing and Bagging Greens
- Spraying root crops
- Washing harvest bins/crates
- Restocking farm stand
Field Management
- Pruning tomatoes and cucumbers
- Hoeing and hand weeding crops
- Mowing old crops
- Assisting with irrigation setup and removal
Compensation
- $21/hour
- Free Produce from the field or unlimited access to seconds quality produce
Part-time, Summer
Start Date and Hours
- Start/end date depend on the weather; the job will likely start in mid-late June and wrap up in early September (flexible start/end dates dependent on school year if applicable)
- 3 work days per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- 4-6 hour days depending on weather/workload
- Daily start and end time may vary throughout the season depending on the weather, but will likely be 7:30am-12:30pm-ish (with one paid 15 minute per four hours worked, or one 30 minute break on 5-6 hour workdays)
